The foundation of TASTE:WORK:SHOP stems from my 12 years of experience in New York as the Co-Founder and Creative Director of Pinch Food Design. At Pinch, I had the privilege of developing multi-sensory, design-centered food presentations for over 50,000 events ranging from 10 to 2000 guests.

For the **Gigi Hadid x Vogue Eyewear** product launch held at Industria NYC, we concepted + consulted the sink faucets that served rosé and white wine.

Developed and designed several tableware products, including this water and wine carafe for Party Rental Ltd. one of the leading event rental companies in the country.

For **Belvedere Vodka’s** launch of their Organic Infusions line, we collaborated with **Chef Kwame Onwuachi and artist** **Maxwell Osborne** to ideate and develop the interactive greenhouse chef plating activation. And for the bars, we developed a garnish experience structure where guests could choose to enhance their cocktail.

For NBC’s 2020 Election viewing, we developed and executed a sustainable 3 course meal ready to heat and serve accompanied by a french press cocktail experience \ **PARCEL by Pinch Food Design**

For NBC’s 2020 Election viewing, we developed a sustainable packaging solution by opting to wrap items in the Japanese furoshiki method \ **PARCEL by Pinch Food Design**

In collaboration with **PRATT’s Women’s Studies Department** to honor **Judy Chicago** we created a custom 3 course vulva inspired dinner in comparable shaped tableware culminating with “breaking the glass ceiling” dessert \ coconut très leches \ pineapple \ popcorn \ habañero sauce.

In collaboration with **The Gathery** we developed and designed a bar cart meets airline trolley that houses everything you need to party… including this show-stopping food sculpture of two thematic vertical food-safe pieces that nest into a wood base to display bigger handheld food items.
**Party By Numbers**

Our studio is committed to making a difference by prioritizing circular economy materials when sourcing materials for our designs. We collaborated with **Peelsphere** we to develop a collection using their sustainable banana leather material.

For our **Peelsphere** collaboration we played off the banana hammock and magazine rack concept. Our first display creates several nooks by sewing sleeves every 10” into the leather-like material. Each sleeve fits snuggly around poplar wood dowels that suspend the whole unit off of a minimalist black metal frame.

A savory inspired version of a camp style banana boat. Instead of stuffing that banana with chocolate and mini marshmallows before putting it in the fire, we topped our roasted friends with cheesy black beans, hot pickled carrot cabbage slaw, crispy pork belly, and lime zest.

Our second display design makes one larger nook with **Peelsphere** leather to hold several ficelle breads. And a tray platform for Taste:Work:Shops exclusive flavored butter tubes.

We highlighted the **LG Signature Kitchen Suite** range’s two-zone induction zones when tempering the chocolate to prepare a signature monogram embellishment to top off our spoon-shaped cookies.
